Greetings Everyone.
When setting up BB Link.....
When clicking on the "Configure" buttons for both Contacts and Calendar, one of the options is "Folders to Sync." What
should appear as choices of "folders to sync?"
At the moment,
no folders appear, even when clicking on the folder icon with the "+" sign. I
once had folders there, but none appear now, so I have no folders from which to choose! I don't know
why the folders that were once there have now disappeared, but I believe I may have unwittingly changed something in Outlook that has stopped the ability of BB Link to actually "link" to folders in Outlook. Previously, there were a ton of folders from which to choose.
I sure did screw this up! I guess I need to go into Outlook and reset some things...just don't know what/how.
