Ok so I got a blackberry 9650 and I've had it for about 3 months now.. I recently started noticing that it started turning off when I use certain apps i.e ( app world, music) whenever I use these apps for a while it just turns off and then the red light goes on. I try to reset it alt delete shift but it shows the hourglass and then turns off showing the red light. The only way to get it to wok again is hooking it up to its charger. Please help me.
