First do a backup using desktop manager. It will save the photos and other files. Download DM from RIM, it's free.

AFTER you do the backup you need to reload the OS becasue it is probally corrupted. Go to the device specfic section on the forum and you will find info on your 9300.

Next time dont pull the battery when downloading something.
