A friend of mine asked me to help him with his BlackBerry, but I have never heard of this. His BlackBerry 7100g just started deleting text messages on its own today. Every time he closes his messages and goes back in, all his text messages are gone. The emails are there, but the text messages aren't. He said he didn't touch any of his settings, and I can't even think of any that would do that. Has anyone heard of this before or have any suggestions?
