The CC subject is a little different. I would never think of using one I found or anything like that. I only connect with my BB from time to time, if thats the worst I do, steal a couple bites of bandwidth for a few minutes, I'll still be able to sleep at night. If I was on a laptop doing lots of downloading, lots of bandwidth, then no.
An argument can be made on for both side of this subject. If they dont want others to use their WiFi, they need to close it. Maybe they dont care but leaving it open and not thinking someone could use it also need to turn the lights on.
Again, not saying its right but I'm not harming anyone or causing mass destruction if I happen to do it.
