Hey there,

I am using a bb curve 8310 in germany (carrier: vodafone). If I want to use the GPS function I have to book an extra service for 5 EUR a month to get access to the mapping data on the vodafone server.

In my opinion there should be other options aswell. Is there a chance to downlad maps to the handheld and use the GPS system without ANY datatraffic?
