The faq was more than likely referring to the BIS (web client) Login screen:
On the login screen there is a Forgot your password? link if you have forgotten it.
That sends an e-mail to your blackberry with the password you need to login to the BIS..
I guess you are actually looking for one to help remember the password on the actual device?
You're out of luck, if so.
You'll just have to remember it or keep entering something until it wipes the device (after 10 wrong password attempts) and then set it up all over again.
