One guy here yesterday was about to pull the cord at one hour, he finally posted back and said it took exactly 1 hour, 13 minutes, but it booted right up afterward. Be patient.
If you have large phone logs and message logs, it takes a while.

But in my case it looked like the unit was restarting itself every 4 seconds.
