We are new to the Blackberry way of life here at my company so if I am missing something obvious please excuse me. We have a couple of the new 8320's and have installed the small business Blackberry Exchange server on our MS Exchange server. Everything is working great except for one item. When calender items are changed in Outlook they show up just fine on the device but it does not work in reverse.

When on the BB manager on our server under PIM Sync, Synchonization is enabled for all the options and is bidirectional except for Certificate Summary which is device to server. I see options for Messages, Tasks, Message Settings, Memos, Certificate Summary and Address Book. I don't see one for Calender which appears to be working only as "Server to Device". Can someone please help me?
