@sbpinbb, thats very odd since MS SQL has those enabled by default (unless you uncheck them during the install). MSDE is typically what you'd use that for.
Wireless Activation is flawed, however. If you have any Desktop [] service books prior to activation, remove them. You can do a LOT of troubleshooting for the device, from a security wipe to dbclean.exe running against your Exchange MAPI profile (on the user machine not the BES) to removing Cached Mode on Outlook 2003, etc. The easiest way for activation is to simply install Desktop Manager and let it register that way - same activation procedure but wired.
