Install the above .cod using javaloader or by editing the Blackberry.alx file to install it and you'll have all the old ringtones back...
Edit: Or download the following zip file and install it just as you would any other 3rd party app. It includes an .alx file and the .cod. Simply download and unzip into a folder somewhere you won't delete. Then open Desktop Manager/Application Loader and click "add" and browse to the .alx file. Finish out the installation.
