I got this in about 2000. It was fairly unreliable then, but when 911 happened, and many of of us (at my company) were displaced from our offices, these things really shined! They absolutely helped my firm, which was badly hurt, get back on its feet.

This was a corporate upgrade in 2002. The BB had proven it's worth, but most of us wanted the larger screen.

Another upgrade in about 2005. This was given to me without my asking. I think they (the company) changed carriers at the time for better coverage.

This should happen next month when my phone contract expires. I am sick of carrying a BB, phone ans a pager. I am currently evaluating which device to purchase (of my own) and putting my corporate e-mail on it.
