Just received my SanDisk 2GB MicroSD in the mail, pretty much a MONTH after I ordered it (
that is another story in itself) -- I slotted it into the SD adaptor that came with it and then inserted it into my PC, because I had read that you needed to format it before using it. However, after I insert it and from the "My Computer" folder click/double-click/right-click on the "SD card" icon, my cursor just changes into an hour glass for like, forever. No windows pop up (after more than an hour), no prompts, no error messages, no nothing. I just have to 'kill' the now unresponsive "My Computer" window. I haven't tried putting the MicroSD card into my Pearl yet (should I?), but does anyone have any inkling of what is going on here? Does it sound like the card is faulty (in which case, thank you Buy.com, for taking 4+ weeks to send me rubbish)?
