I agree, I've used them (have Tx2) for several calls and issue when migrating and it is nice to have access to all the tools/knowledge base articles/updates.

We have high-enough up people that need answers sometimes quicker than I can get them by researching, or if I'm gone our backup has the number. It has saved a lot of hassle for us.
