Let me ask this question here, since the other thread was closed and I was looking for specifics.
What specific steps are you guys taking in your companies to prepare for this DST change on the bb handheld side? My boss was asking me how people are implementing this change in other companies and I was looking for answers to give to him. We have over 500 users, and most don't have the blackberry manager software on their PCs. I would hate to have to physically update each user with the latest software or patch, if I can just wirelessly push the patch to them.
Like I said, Just want some specifics versus generalities. Anything you guys could provide would be great.
