I sent the following email to PC Mag today.

Mr. Ulanoff,

Please re-review PocketMac for Blackberry.

I am asking because this program, which is the only one available, has consistently failed to live up to requirements and even its own listed features. It is not supported by the publisher and RIM does not answer support requests.

Especially important since the recent release of the Blackberry 8100 Pearl, PocketMac's availability has enticed many users to buy the phone with very disappointing and frustrating results.
