Generally, pressing the BlackBerry Menu key will tell you all kinds of things you can do when in any particular program or when an icon is highlighted.
If you press the menu key while a tune is highlighted, you will see the answer to your question.
By the way, the BB Menu key is the dotted key to the left of the trackball.
Remember, press the menu key when attempting to do anything on the Pearl. If there are choices/options/selections, they will show up on pressing the <menu> key.
