Thanks for you replies. This issues is efecting all users and is happening in two separte BES 4 sites that I look after and neither site has any connection to the other. Can you accept appointments and does it send out a confirmation on the Blackberry?
Have you checked permission levels on the exchange server? Have you given the account, used to install BES BESAdmin) permission to "Send As" on the domain? Also, in the security properties of the Exchange Server, check to make sure the account used (BESAdmin) has permissions to the information store, Receive As, and Send As.
