I have had conversations with other callers who were using both headsets and phones and they all say that I sound fine. I'm sure the device the person on the other end can affect the overall quality but I have had no complaints so far. I recommend buying from a retailer that has a good return policy so you can try it for a week or two and see if it works for you.
