just to say I got it semi-working, I unisntalled and reinstalled and it did not complaign about the MAPI profile, however when I add the user it just sits at initalizing, and it alos picks up the secondary email address in AD Users and computers. not the primary one, which isn't that big a deal, but it has been stuck on initalizing for 24 hours now.
