First some background:

I have a Q10 that is connected to a BES10 server which is pulling emails from an MS Exchange server. I also have Outlook installed on my desktop computer connected to the same email account and I've created rules to move certain work related HTML emails to a custom folder.

My Problem:

The emails appear in the correct folders on the Q10 but when opened the emails appear in plain text with all the html stripped out.

Things I've Tried:

- If I remove the rule from Outlook and allow the emails to arrive in my Inbox, the emails appear normally on the Q10 device.

- I've connected an Iphone to the same account using OWA and the emails appear to show up normally with all Html being rendered.

It appears as though the problem is either on the BES server or the BlackBerry device itself and also related to the email being in a custom folder. Is there a setting on the BlackBerry or BES that could be causing the problem? Or any other ideas or suggestions?
