I have a 9800 with 6.0 bundle 2647 and have started having problems with the back up/sync function. It takes forever and locks up completely after it goes through the pictures and video sync ok and then gets to the organizer function. I use task mgr to end task.
Can 7.1 os be used on my 9800? Other software updates that might help?
I tried battery pull, but not hard reset as I have not been able to back up for a month or so now and didn't want to lose my recent calendar and contacts changes?
Things to try would be appreciated....but I am rooky at dealing with this.
