For the most part I'm being playful. I don't necessarily declare it DOA but at the same time it seems like everything RIM makes is a work in progress. I've yet to own a RIM device that didn't have atleast 2 bugs regardless of the OS I updated it too. Most of the time they patch one issue and unknowingly create 2 more. RIM really needs to work on the culture of their development team.
