Is this a new "option" or did I royally screw something up? It does it on both of my 9630s. I thought it was a software problem with the first one because it already had a problem where it has no sound, only works with a bluetooth device but this second one I bought does the same thing. I've scoured the options menu and can't find anything. OS is 5.0.0.975. I think I'm doing something wrong here...

*edit* and for clarity I'm not referring to changing an option, I just mean scrolling through the menu.
