Default BES version not compatible with BB Bold??

Hi, we just got a new Bold for a user that needs global BB access. First one in the company. We are having problems activating the Bold. It does not connect to the BES server while doing the Enterprise Activation process.

One of the comments made in talking with Verizon is that we need BES SP6 to talk with the Bold.

Does anyone know if there is a specific BES version required for activating the latest phones running OS 6?

We are actually running BB Professional Edition, at ver 4.1.4
