10 users will be moved of which are bb users They will stay on the same exchange server but database storage group will change to which besadmin has permissions.
from memory If you onlys stop & start controller\synchronization services on the BES.
This was for bes 4, I assume same for bes 5?
As I remember the problem caused me headache, even rebooting bes 4 didn’t help & I had to stop & start controller\synchronisation services for the people who moved exchange storage groups for their blackberries to start sending and receiving emails once they had moved exchange storage group
According to this it won’t matter?
