I installed that right through appworld.
But for example, BBM doesnt install OTA if I go to
http://blackberry.com/messenger - but it will work if I choose to save jad file.
So to do local OTA, save it, wait till it says complete on the download progress screen, then hit BB menu and choose Open. It will allow you to OTA locally off the .jad.
