This is what I have found through some testing.
Taking pictures with the camera set to Large/Superfine would hardly work at all.
Taking pictures with the camera set to Medium/Superfine would hardly work at all
Taking pictures with the camera set to Medium/Fine worked about 75% of the time
Taking pictures with the camera set to Medium/Normal worked 100% of the time.
While this isn't a solution, these are my findings in regards to uploading pictures that I've taken with the BB to Facebook.
