I'll bet money that those two devices are the "Blackberry Desktop Service" and the "Blackberry Bypass Service". I have the same two "splats" in my device manager. I can disable those specific services and make the splats go away, but they are required for BT sync operation. This is simply a missing driver or inf that I would think came with the desktop manager. My Windows 7 machine lists all the BT services a device tries to use and these two services, when disabled, clear up the two splats. Still no idea what driver it uses or how to clear it up. tried with the widcomm bt stack and the windows 7 native stack. No joy in any case. Now I think I have hosed up my config so bad from adding and removing BT stacks, I think I am beyond any possibility of recovering without wiping the system.
