I wanted to add a few pictures and ringtones to my Bold 9700 today and when I hooked up my phone to my desktop manager everything was well, it was connected and all but when I clicked Media then Launch, it looked as if it was loading then nothing happened. Does anyone know the problem?? Or how to fix this?
