Thanks for the instructions.
Tried this method on windows 7. When I click "Compatibility Files", it only shows one file. pool.bin.
But I deleted Vendor.xml from the directory. Installed everything, but the phone still shows AT-T logo when loading. Is it supposed to do so?
Vendor ID is 102.
