Try and get a friend with a BlackBerry to befriend the person using your stolen BB. GSM carriers either can't do much or don't want to do much. RIM could theoretically turn off the PIN so data services won't work on that BB, but it's tough to get them to do it. At a minimum you'll need a police report, an insurance claim (if you have insurance), and a lot of patience to make repeated calls to RIM.
