Not sure what your ETF is up there if you have one at all, but with ours being 375 for having a PDA/Smartphone being in a contract not so pretty. Might be better to pony up cash up front and leave yourself open should anything happen and you want to jump ship on your carrier. Me I don't see me leaving Verizon (unless they take away my 25% discount), but would still be nice not to be in contract.
