You are correct knottyrope. "No need to get snippy" except for the fact that it allowed me to vent over what is becoming a frustrating problem. Thank you for granting me a forum where others understand the need to vent. (Much appreciated)

But do you see my problem? Doug's 'Last Contact Time' is up to date and quite valid. Doug's 'Last Contact Time' leads me to believe that there is NO PROBLEM whatsoever. BUT he has not used his BB since 5Dec09. So my main question is, WHAT does the 'Last Contact Time' field really tell me?

My perception of 'Last Contact Time' would be the last time that my BES was able to 'reach out and touch' the users BB device. This is NOT true because Doug's last contact time is TODAY!!!
