I had the same problem when I got it! Best thing to do is take a slightly damp bounty, fold it so it just covers the back, and use your thumbs to slide it down, it'll work! LOL,...RIM just can't seem to get it right when constructing battery covers. One thing I did notice, grabing the phone with all your might as u try to pry this door off, will just loosin the chrome sides, so use the damp paper towel... ; )
