I already tried to create an entry (SysLogFacility) in the Registry Paths "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->Research in Motion->Blackberry Enterprise Server->Agents" and in the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE->Research in Motion->Blackberry Enterprise Server->Logging Info->SomeComponent", at different times, but without success.
The only documentation i found said to complete one DWORD entry with string values like 'kern' or 'local0', but the only values that could be inserted was decimal or hexadecimal. I tried with some decimals values without success too.
The BES Syslog Facility never changed, and continued to be 'kern'.
