I have a user who i need to activate on my BES server(Exchange 2003 ). User currently has 2 email addresses associated with his account(ex. [email address]

and

). I will be activating the phone on BES using his primary email address but will be switching his default reply to address to the [email address]

address and will be removing the [email address]

after about a month or so transition perios. Since the phone was activated using the primary SMTP address, do i need to reactive when i change the default SMTP address to the alias@ address?
