if they want to compare the speeds, take 1 device, and use it on all networks, so devices are factored out of the equation. since they have alot also to do with speed.

Perhaps, but it makes sense that when you load up your network with users, bandwidth drops. Sprint being #3, has an advantage over Verizon just based on that fact alone.
