Blackberry 8900

i have two emails set up on my blackberry, my office, which is the default
and also my personal hotmail account.

The devise keeps jumping to the last office email received. If i am texting somone or viewing hotmail emails it jumps straight over to the last incoming email from the office. It is most annoying.

How do i turn this off!
