Notes The device works perfect and is almost new. As you can see though in the pictures, the top left corner of the screen has 2 area's chipped out and a little scuffed/chewed on the chrome plating due to a demon dog. I ended up having it replaced but kept a hold of this until now. Everything is fine beyond that corner but the mute button works and all else is very good and working. It is locked to AT&T but easily unlocked.

***** Battery Charger is not included***** You can use the USB cord to charge the battery tho until you buy a charger cord if needed.

When I was using the device, I had a gel skin, like the ones you can buy at AT&T and never see/notice that corner. I'd throw that in also but see comment about the demon dog above
