A few tips
1) Yes you need the profile to be Normal or Phone (well anything other than Loud)
2)go to the PROFILE make sure that the OUT OF HOLTER is set to TONE
3)also be sure that the app is running in the background - only press the red button to go back to your blackberry - dont quit the app.
