Why you see an IP of the location where your BES is intalled while you are on wifi router at home.

While using WiFi & mobile network off, I checked my IP using the website (whatismyip.com) I figured out that my IP belonged to the location of BES irrespective of which browser I was using. I was expecting to see IP of my internet service provider at home.
