He currently has a rule set up for any CC'd mails to be sent to his CC'd folder on Lotus Notes, this replicates fine with the Blackberry, HOWEVER: The mail stays in the inbox as well as moving to the Folder. We've checked all the redirection and sync settings, we've thought about upgrading the BB software, we've re-activated but this rule is still being a pain!
We found he had a duplicate State Database, this was removed and the issue is still there?!

What your user sees is by design. BlackBerry's Messages list IS NOT EQUAL to the Lotus Notes' Inbox.
