I agree... But I am sure this would be filed with pork... Nothing gets done DC, nothing...
I am sure someone would add a rider of one million dollars to treat sick squirrels, three million dollars for the ethical treatment of moose.... Ect....
Look at all the fat and waste of money in the stimulus package that does nothing to stimulate the economy..
