One thing I've noticed is that when i go to advanced options>gps, it shows both latitude and longitude at 0 and it shows number of satellites at 0. Is there something wrong with my phone that it shows these #'s as being 0? My GPS is on, I have .190 OS and I've tried reboots multiple times. Any help or suggestions would be very much appreciated.
1st my Bold has the same thing; all 0's within the GPS options, but all the apps are working off TCP instead of BIS... This seems to work for mine as well the other apps had the same issue, before I change the options to TCP. Google maps works off data and not your GPS signal. Google maps works off the cell phone towers to triangular your location, but it is not exact... Hopes this helps you out....

Basically go into eachapp and go to options and change it from BIS to TCP. Close out the apps and relaunch them and it will work.. Let us know if it doesn't!
