also what i found is you need to have all other previous OSs off your PC as well... so if you have .94 and .101 on there and you were trying to upgrade to .114 that may have been the issue as well... at least thats what i was finding when trying to upgrade and it wasnt working for me... try deleting all those old OSs and then try again, or since you got it to work now, maybe try that next time if you are having the same issue
