If your wifi router is password protected, you should enter it's password into your handheld when trying to connect. What PIN are you talking about ? and why are you entering it into the router's...

I have a 5MB/month BIS data plan from Vodafone. Everything is enabled in the menu, Data, 3G, etc. The provider gave me the address to BIS and said go home and register, I did it today and like I said...

I told you before, if I disable mobile networks nothing will work (FB, email,etc) even though wifi is on, signal strenght is full. It's like all data will only work through BIS. If so I find the wifi...

I know now VO doesn't support UMA. All I wanted to do was use my home WiFi for FB, YM, Email traffic and save my BIS data for when I'm not at home (something you can easily do with any other phone)....

When i have BIS (Data services) turned ON, i get the BB logo and the 3G logo next to the signal indicator. When these are on, i receive FB notifications, emails, etc. ...

I tried to look up "Preferred" under Manage Connections but I can't seem to find it, maybe I don't have it ?

What I meant by "turning data off" was turning only "packet data off" 3G still shows...

That is exactly how i deleted the app. But did not know about the service books, anyways i looked them up now and it shows nothing. I still can't get YM to work.

I had a regular 500MB data plan and now I have the BB 5MB (yes five) :)) They said for a BB it's more than enough, since data is compressed differently. I don't get it...
