Ok,

I got a fix for this issue.

Please Refer this KB article (http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/documentLink.do?externalID=KB13719).
I deleted the temporary files and everything worked fine.

When user goes to Modules screen on BB HH, he can't see TestApp module there. Though I can see the TestApp modules there in modules list on BES for that device.
