I had mine unlocked by AT&T two weeks after I bought it. I told them I was going overseas, asked them if they'd unlock it and presto! Keep calling until you get someone who helps. I have to do that...

A Q-tip with a little alcohol on it (not dripping wet!) and run it over the trackball, dry it with compressed air or wave it around. Make sure you don't soak the trackball or the Berry.

I had to downgrade to 4.6 but I read that the 9.0 is working fine and tones are back. :)

I upgraded to 5.0.822 (which is the glitchy OS)...

I upgraded to 5.0.822 (which is the glitchy OS) at the first of Sept. and in two days downgraded to 4.6. I'm much happier. I suggest doing the same. I lost apps as well, even though I did a full b/u.
