I backed up my old BB and want to restore those...

I backed up my old BB and want to restore those files on to the new BB. How do I do this? This is my second BB, so I've never done this before. Thanks for the help.

It took me 12 times calling different numbers, but I finally got Aaron to order one for me. It was $319 - $100ADC. Should I expect to also receive a $50 MIR? Keep trying it's possible.
